So far, the Air Victory Museum has had a very busy year. We started off the year by repositioning several of our aircraft. The F-86 Sabre, A-7 Corsair II, and the A-4 Skyhawk were moved. We also reconfigured about half of the museum’s displays into a more organized and logical layout.
We had all hands on deck to help move the aircraft. All sorts of unconventional methods were used to get the job done. We used dollies, straps, winches, muscle, and a lot of crossed fingers.
After about two months of work, the museum’s displays were finally put back together. This seemingly monumental task had been accomplished with the help of our volunteers.
